DGM HQ.

The Minx called at 07.55, stuck in traffic on her way to give a talk in London.

… covering a wide range of issues. Neighbouring Rights, and how digital collection is paid on a monthly basis: clear, direct, transparent. This is not only possible, in the digital world, but simple to adopt. Record companies have not.

Onto a range of related issues: The Prophecy Of The Seven Fires (wiki), Robert Oppenheimer, Nixon suggesting the nuking of North Vietnam, the Lothian Question, Barclays Bank and the not-illegal approach to Right Action. The proper question to ask: is this Right Action? Barclays’ answer:  it’s not illegal!
